Isabella Mallozzi wins the Secret Deodorant Essay Contest for Girls on the Run

Isabella Mallozzi, a 6th grader at Cuthbertson Middle School won the National Secret Deodorant Essay Contest: "How Does Girls on the Run Make You FEARLESS?" Isabella's essay was selected out of 1500 essays based on originality and creativity, inspirational value, and appropriateness to the theme. Secret awarded $500 to ten girls and $5,000 to the corresponding ten Councils where the winning girls participate in Girls on the Run. Winners were selected from two grade categories: 3rd-5th (6 winners) and 6th-8th grade (4 winners).  The contest was open to over 100 Girls on the Run Councils.  Isabella Mallozzi participated in Girls on the Run last school year at Kennsington Elementary School. Congratulations Isabella!
